Who we are
Teamcentric Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17289911, with its registered office at 71-75 Sheldon Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the Teamcentric website at teamcentric.io. The Teamcentric Skills, Teamcentric Context and Teamcentric Forge applications are separate products with their own accounts, their own data and their own policies; nothing described here applies to them.
What this website collects
Only what you type into the contact form. That is your name, work email address, company, the product you are interested in, and your message. There is no account to create and nothing else is gathered from you.
We use that information to reply to your enquiry and to hold the resulting conversation. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our products.
We keep an enquiry while the conversation is live, and afterwards only for as long as there is a reason to: any period a legal, tax or accounting obligation requires us to retain it, or any period separately agreed with a customer. Data protection law sets the outer limit rather than a minimum — we do not keep personal data for longer than the purpose we collected it for needs.
Who else handles it
- Web3Forms receives your contact-form submission directly from your browser and forwards it to our inbox. It acts as a processor for that delivery.
- Our hosting provider records standard web-server request data, including IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes.
- Our email provider stores the enquiry once it arrives, as it would any other email.
- Google processes analytics data, but only for visitors who have agreed to analytics cookies.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers above.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used; advertising features, Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled on that property. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Nothing is requested from Google unless you agree — the script is not loaded and no cookie is written until then. Full detail is in our cookie policy.
What this website does not do
- It runs no advertising or ad-tracking scripts.
- It loads no third-party fonts or embeds — fonts and images are served from this domain.
- Beyond analytics you have agreed to, it makes no external request until you submit the contact form.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Email [email protected] and we will act on the request. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, you can complain to your local data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
Contact
For anything in this policy, including a request about your own data, email [email protected] . For anything about the products, use our contact form.
Changes and rights
We may update this policy as the site changes. An update takes effect when it is published on this page, and we do not give individual notice of it — the “last updated” date at the top records when it last changed, so it is worth checking if you are relying on a particular detail.
That covers the wording of this document. It does not cover your data: if we change how personal data is actually handled, we tell the people affected rather than rely on this page having been updated.
Teamcentric Ltd reserves all rights in this website, its content and its design.
